INGREDIENTS
Fish pieces - 500 gms
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 5 - 6
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Roasted whole red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Roasted coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Green chilly cut in slit - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Marinate fish with turmeric powder,roasted coriander powder,roasted whole red chilly powder,ginger garlic poate,lemon juice and salt.
Rest for half an hour.
Heat oil in a non stick pan.
Shallow fry the fish pieces.
Add green chill and curry leaves.
Fry both the sides.
Serve hot.
