PAYA SOUP

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Mutton legs - 6 pieces
Salt - to taste
Black pepper corn  - 5 - 6
Water - 3 glass
Oil - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Wash the pieces of lamb or paya properly.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add paya,salt,black pepper corn and three cup of water and cover the lid and after one whistle simmer the flame and cook for fifteen mins.
Once cooled serve hot with butter.
