BHUNA CHICKEN

Prep Time : 15 mins Cooking Time : 30 mins Serve : 4 INGREDIENTS Boneless chicken - 500 gms Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp Whole red chilly - 4 - 5 Green cardamom - 1 Black cardamom - 1 Curd - 1 cup Salt - to taste Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Cloves - 3 - 4 Black peppe rcorn - 3 - 4 Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Cinnamon - 1 inch stick Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Oil - 3/4 cup METHOD Soak whole red chilly for 1/2 an hour and boil the whole red chilly for 5 mins Take a blender add whole red chilly ginger garlic paste,pepper corn,cloves,green cardamom,black cardamom,cumin seeds and cinnamon and make a paste. Marinate chicken with kashmiri mirch powder,whole red chilly paste,curd and salt. Keep aside for 3 - 4 hours. Heat oil in a pan add marinated chicken and fry in a high flame after ten mins add remaining whole red chilly paste and mix well. Cook in a slow flame for ten mins,now add one cup of water and salt and cook for five mins. Serve hot with chapati
