SUJI AND SABUDANA CHILLA

INGREDIENTS
Sabudana - 1 cup
Suji - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Finely chopped tomato - 1
Finely chopped onion - 1
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Green chilly - 2
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Soak sabudana for 4 - 5 hours,drain water completely,add ginger and green chilly and grind to make a paste.
Take a bowl combine suji and curd and mix well,keep aside for 30 mins
Now add sabudana paste,water and salt and mix well.
Now add chopped tomato,onion and coriander leaves and mix well
Heat oil in a pan add one spoon batter and cook in a medium flame and cover it and  cook for 2 - 3 mins and flip it.
Serve hot with green chilly and tomato ketchup
