CORN CUTLET


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Boiled n mashed potato - 2
Sweet corn - 2 tbsp
Bread - 3 - 4
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
 Chilly flax - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Oil - for frying

METHOD

Take a blender add bread pieces to make a bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute 2 - 3 mins now add carrot and capsicum and saute for few mins.
Add chilly flax and salt and mix well
Take a bowl add boiled n mashed potato,sweet corn,bread crumbs,ginger garlic paste,and fried carrot and capsicum and salt and mix well
Make a dough,and divide the dough into balls
Make a flat patties of medium thickness
Take a corn flour and half cup of water and make a thick batter.
Dip the corn cutlet into batter and coat with bread crumbs,repeat eat for two times.
Heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry until brown and crispy,serve hot.
