CARROT GINGER SOUP


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Finely chopped carrot - 5
Finely chopped ginger - 1 inch stick
Finely chopped spring onion - 2
Salt - to taste
Butter - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - for garnishing

METHOD
Boil carrot,spring onion and ginger in a pressure cooker with one cup of water.
After one whistle turn off the flame.
Once cooled to make a paste.
Heat butter in a pan,add carrot purie and cook for two to three mins now add three cup of water and cook for ten mins.
Add black pepper powder and salt and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
