MALAI CHAMCHAM

Serves  :6

INGREDIENTS
Milk     -    1,5 ltr
Sugar    -  1 cup
Lemon juice  -  2 tbsp
Green cardamom powder    -  1/4 tsp
Cream    -  1 cup
Saffron  -  few strands
S
Water    -   3 cup
Tutti fruity - 1 tbsp

METHOD
For making malai cham cham we need to prepare cheena / cottage cheese from 1 .5  ltr milk.
We mash the cheena / cottage cheese very well and make a soft and smooth dough.
Divide the dough in 12 equal size balls.
Roll each ball between your palms.
All the balls are made in the same way.
Now we take a pan and add sugar and three cup of water and also add the  cheena balls and cover it.
Once boiled simmer the gas for fifften mins.
Once cooled,we open the lid.
The cheena / cottage cheese balls should be floating on the syrup and its size should be double.
Cut into half.
Take a bowl add cream,sugar powder and saffron and mix well
Add cream into the rasgulla and cover it,garnish with tutti - fruity
Serve chilled.
