CHATPATI MANGO CANDY

INGREDIENTS
Raw mango - 2
Sugar - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1 cup
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1 tsp

METHOD
Remove the skin of the mango and chop into small pieces.
Boil with one cup of water until soft.
Heat boiled mango pieces,jaggery and sugar stir continuously until thick.
Add chat masala,black salt and roasted cumin seeds powder and mix well.
Pour the mixture on the plate and keep in the sunlight.
Now make a candy and keep in the air tight container.
