AAM KA MEETHA ACHAAR

INGREDIENTS
Raw mango - 250 gms
Sugar - gms
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
Crushed cloves - 2 - 3
Whole black pepper - 2 - 3
Oil - 1 tsp

METHOD
Wash and peel the skin of the mango and grate it.
Add sugar and salt and mix it well
Stir continuously until sugar melt it and mix in the mango
Cover with soft cloth and keep in the sun light.
Next day stir continuously and keep in the sunlight.
Third day cover with soft cloth and keep in the sunlight.
Now add kashmiri mirch powder and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan add crushed cloves and whole pepper to splutter and add in bthe mango pickle.
Your mango pickle is ready to eat.
