KATHAL ALOO DO PYAZA



Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Kathal/jackfruit - 500 gms
Potato - 2
Chopped onion  - 500 gms
Whole red chilly  - 8 - 10
Whole black pepper  - 8 - 10
Crushed ginger  -  1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 4 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add whole red chilly and whole black pepper to crackle.
Add chopped onion and crushed ginger of one layer and second layer add kathak pieces and potato,third layer add onion.
  And cover it and cook in a low flame,stir occasionaly.
When change the color of the jack
fruit and potato and they become soft
Add salt and mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatis. or rice
