KURMERI BHEL


Prep Time  -  15 mins
Cooking Time  : 15 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Puffed rice  -  2 cup
Bhujia  -  1/2 cup
Finely chopped onion  -  1/2 cup
Finely chopped tomato  -  1/2 cup
Finely chopped coriander leaves  -  1 tbsp
Boiled potato  -  1/2 cup
Chopped green chilly  -  1
Grated ginger  -  1/2 tsp
Tamarind chutney  -  4 tbsp
Green chutney  =  2 tbsp
Papri  -  1/2 cup
Lemon juice  -  2 tbsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  1 tbsp

METHOD
Heat oil and add puffed rice and saute for two mins.
Turn off the flame.
Add onion,tomato,boiled potatoes,green chilly,coriander leaves,tamarind chutney,green chutney,salt,ginger and mix well.
Add bhujia and crushed papri and serve immediately
