INGREDIENTS
Siwain - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 2.5 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Almonds - 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Silver varak - 1 sheet
METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the siwain,almonds, and cashew nuts one by one and keep aside.
Take a bowl add 2.5 cup of water and half cup of sugar to make a syrup.
Add roasted siwain in the sugar syrup and cook until they soft.
Add cardamom powder and mix well
Garnish with,almonds,cashew nuts and silver varak
