FROZEN MANGO YOGURT


Prep Time  : 25 mins
Cooking Time  : 25 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Ripe mango  -  1
Hung curd  -  1 cup
Sugar powder  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Wash peel and chop the mango in a small pieces.
Keep in the freezer for 5 - 6 hours.
Place the curd on a muslin cloth hang it minimum at 4 - 5 hours to drain the whey.
Take a blender add hung curd,sugar powder and frozen mango pieces and blend it.
Pour the mixture in the air tight container and keep in the freezer for 4 - 5 hours.
Garnish with mango chunks and serve chill.
