INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces - 500 gms
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green chilly paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves paste - 1 tbsp
Sliced onion - 2 onion
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Cloves - 4 - 5
Whole black pepper - 4 - 5
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Dry roast the cinnamon stick,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,whole black pepper and cloves.
Once cooled,blend to make a powder.
Marinate chicken with dry roast spices,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,green chilly paste,coriander leaves pate,salt and vinegar.
Keep aside for an hour.
Heat butter and oil in a pan.
Add sliced onion and saute till pink.
Add marinated chicken and stir fry till oil leaves the pan.
Add half cup of water and cover it.
Cook in a simmer for 7 - 8 mins.
Serve hot with naan or chapatis.
