VEG MANCHOW SOUP

Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Grated carrot  - 2
Grated cabbage  - 1/2 cup
Finely chopped beans - 10
Spring onion  - 1/4 cup
Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder  - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Corn flour  - 2 tbsp
Rice noodles   -  1 cup

METHOD
Wash all the veggies and grate them.
Heat butter in a pan,add ginger,garlic and spring onion and saute for one mins.
Now add all veggies and cook for 4 - 5 mins.
Add two cup of water and cook in a slow flame for 10 mins
Add corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and mix in the soup pan.
Add soy sauce,salt black pepper powder and vinegar and mix well.
Boiled the rice noodles.
Once cooled,fry the noodles until crispy.
Pour the soup in the serving bowl and add fried rice noodles at the top and serve hot.
