INGREDIENTS
Chestnuts - 10
Milk - 4 cup
Dates - 5 - 6
Sugar - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tsp
METHOD
Remove the skin of the chestnuts and cut into small pieces
. Heat clarified butter in a pan add chestnuts and one tbsp sugar and cook for five mins in low flame.
Now turn off the flame.
Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel
. Once boiled keep it in the low flame,stirring in between.
Add carmalize chestnuts and dates and mix well
. Cook until thicking the milk.
. Add cardamom powder and cashew nuts and mix well.
Serve hot.
