SUGARLESS CAKE


Prep Time  : 20 mins
Cooking Time : 35 mins
Serve : 4 - 6

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour  - 1 cup
Date -  1 cup
Egg - 2
Olive oil - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Prunes  - 100 gms
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Chopped walnuts - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Preheat oven for 180.c
Grease and dust the baking dish.
Sieve all purpose flour,baking powder and salt together.
Take a mixing bowl add egg and whisk it.
Add cinnamon powder,nutmeg powder,milk and olive oil and mix well.
M ix until fluffy.
Add all purpose flour,baking powder and salt and mix well.
Boil the date with one cup of water for three min s and  mix in the cake m ixture.
Add vanilla essence and prunes and  mix well.
Pour the batter into the baking dish.
Take a plate add walnuts ,raisins and one tbsp all purpose flour and mix well.
Add on the top of the cake batter.
Bake for 35 mins in the preheated oven.
Enjoy.
