INGREDIENTS
Bread - 3 slice
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Mawa / whole dried milk - 1/2 CUP
Milk - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Almonds - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Clarified butter - 3 tbsp
METHOD
Cut the edges of the bread.
Cut the bread in pieces.
Dry roast mawa/whole dried milk in a pan.
Heat one tbsp clarified butter / ghee in a pan.
Add dry fruits and fry and strain it.
In the same pan add 2 tbsp clarified butter/ghee
Add bread pieces and fry it in a sim flame.
Add cardamom powder,milk and saffrin strands.
When milk comes to boil add mawa / whole dried milk and stir continuously till oil leaves the pan.
Add fried dry fruits and mix well.
Garnish with fried dry fruits.
