ARISHA Jharkand recipe


Prep Time  :  3 days
Cooking Time  : 25 mins
Serve  : 4

INGREDIENTS
Basmati rice    -  1.5 cup
Jaggery   -  1/2 cup
Clarified butter  -   2 tbsp
Oil  -  for frying

METHOD
Wash and soak rice for three days.
After 12 hours change the water.
Rinse the soaked rice and allow to dry in a kitchen towel for 2 - 3 hours.
Grind to a coarse powder.
Melt the jaggery and add in the rice powder and also add 2 tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
To m ake a dough,keep rest for 30 mins,
Divide the dough in lemon size balls.
Deep fry in medium flame until crispy and brown.
