INGREDIENTS
Minced chicken - 250 gms
Egg - 2
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Carom seeds - a pinch
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 4 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add minced chicken and fry for 2 - 3 mins.
Add salt and mix well.
Take a bowl add all purpose flour,carom seeds,one tsp oil and salt and mix well.
Make a soft dough with the help of water.
Keep aside for 30 mins.
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
Sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a rolling pin.
Add one tbsp minced chicken,one tbsp onion,green chilly,coriander leaves .
Beat one egg and mix them.
Fold it.
On a heated pan make chicken paratha applying oil on both sides.
Serve hot with sauce.
