PAPRI CHAT

 INGREDIENTS
For papri
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Suji - 1/2 cup
Carom seeds - a pinch 
Onion seeds - a pinch 
Salt - to taste 
Oil  - 2 tsp for kneading the dough 
Oil - for frying 
For chat
 Boiled and chopped potato - 1 cup
Boiled black Gram - 1/2 cup
 Finely chopped green chilly - 1
 Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1tbsp
 Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
 Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
 Black salt - 1/2 tsp
 Salt - to taste 
 Papri -  7 - 8
 Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
 Sweet tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp
 Green coriander leaves chutney - 2 tbsp
 Nylon sev - 2 tbsp
 Pomegranate pearls - 1/2 cup 
Curd - 1 cup

 METHOD
For papri
Take a bowl add wheat flour,suji carom seeds, onion seeds,Salt and two tsp oil.
With the help of water make a stiff dough.
Divide into balls and roll it.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the papri and strain it.
For chat
 Boil the black Gram and potato in a pressure cooker with one cup of water. 
After one whistle simmer the flame for ten mins.
 Take a plate and add boiled black gram and boiled and chopped potato now spread curd. Add green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.
 Now add crushed papri. Sprinkle black salt,salt, chilly flakes,roasted cumin seeds powder and mix well.
Now add chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chilly.
 Pour lemon juice and mix well/ Garnish with nylon sev and pomegranate pearls and serve immediately.
