INGREDIENTS
Banana - 1
Oats - 2 tsp
Ice cubes - 8 -10
Honey - 2 ts
Almond - 5 - 6
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Dates - 3 - 4
Milk - 1 cup
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Take a blender add all the above listed ingredients and blend it.
Pour the mixture into a glass.
Garnish banana and almonds
Serve chilled.
