MANGO CHUSKI

Total Time : 3 - 4 hours
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Mango juice     -     1 cup
Sugar powder    -  4 tbsp
Lemon juice     -   2 tbsp
Black salt -  to taste
Salt - to taste 
Chat masala - to taste 
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp

METHOD
Boil raw mango slices with sugar, salt and two cups of water.
Once cooled add, black salt,salt,chat masala, roasted cumin seeds powder and lemon juice and blend into the blender.
Pour the mixture in the chuski mold and place in the freezer.
After two hours when it would have half set add the stick.
Serve chilled.
