PARWAL KI METHAI


Prep Time : 50 mins
Cooking Time : 45 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Parwal / pointed gourd  -   250 gms
Sugar     -   1 cup
Water     -  1/2 cup
For stuffing
Milk -  3 cup
Chopped almond   - 1 tbs
Chopped cashew nuts  - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Grated coconut   - 1/2 cup
Sugar   - 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder    - 1/4 tsp
Silver varak - 1 sheet

METHOD
Wash and remove the skin of the parwal /pointed gourd.
Scoop out well.
Take a pan add sugar and water till sugar dissolves.
Bring into one string consistency.
Add pointed gourd and boil it  on sim flame till it color change.
Heat milk in a big vessels
Once boiled keep it in a  low flame
Stir continiously and reduced to make mawa
Add 3tbsp sugar,coconut,crushed almonds,cashew nuts,raisins and cardamom powder and mix well,
Now stuffing is ready.
Take one pointed gourd and fill the stuffing inside it.
Apply this process in all  pointed gourd.
Garnish with silver varak
