ROASTED CHANA PEDA

Serve : 8

INGREDIENTS
Roasted  chana -  1 cup
Sugar -  1/2 cup
Mawa - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder  - 1/4 tsp
Muskmelon  seeds -  1 tbsp
shudh ghee  -  3 tbsp

METHOD

Add roasted chana in a blender and blend to make a powder.
Heat shudh ghee in a pan,add  
mawa and sugar and cook in a slow flame for 4 - 5 mins.

Now add roasted chana and mix well.
Add  cardamom powder  and mix well.
Turn off the flame.
Once cooled pour the mixture into the grease plate and make peda and garnish with melon seeds .
