CHICKEN SUKHA

 Prep Time : 15 mins

Cooking Time : 30 mins



Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS

Chicken boneless  - 500 gms
Butter - 100 gms
Garlic - 100 gms
Black pepper - 50 gms

Coconut grated - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Curd - 1/2cup

Jeera seeds - 1 tbsp 
Onion - 3
Coriander leaves - 50 gms

METHOD
Dry roast the black pepper ,coconut,cumin seeds, coriander seeds and make a powder

Heat oil in a fan and fry the chopped onion and strain it once cooled to make a paste.
Heat oil  and butter in a pan and add chopped garlic and fry for few minutes and now add chopped onion and saute till red.

Now add chicken pieces and mix it well.

Add turmeric powder ,red chilly powder and kashmiri mirch powder and mix well and saute until oil leaves the pan.

Now add curd and mix it well.
Cook in a low flame for ten mins,
Now add dry roasted spices and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice







LATPTA TIKHA CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
Chicken leg pieces - 6
Fried onion - 3
Chopped onion - 2
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp

Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Green chilly - 3
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Whole black pepper - 4 - 5
Cloves - 4 - 5
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Mace - 1 piece
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1/2 cup

METHOD
Take a blender add whole garam masala,green chilly.ginger paste,garlic paste and coriander leaves and make a paste.
Marinate chicken with whole garam masala,green chilly and coriander leaves paste.
Add curd and salt and mix well.
Keep aside for an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion and strain it.
Again heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and saute until transparent.
Now add marinated chicken and fry for 4 - 5 mins.
Add red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and kashmiri mirch powder and mix well now add fried onion and mix well.
Cover it and cook in a slow flame until oil leaves the pan.
Add one cup of water and cook for five mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve






















BURNT GARLIC LACCHA PARATHA

Cooking Time :25 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour  -   2 cup
Finely chopped  burnt garlic cloves  - 1/2 cup
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 /2 cup
Chilly flax  - 1 tsp
Carom seeds  - 1/4 ts[
Onion seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Clarified butter  -  4 tbsp
Salt  -  to taste
White sesame seeds - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Burn the garlic cloves on a flame.
Take a mixing bowl combine wheat flour,carom seeds,onion seeds ,salt and mix well.
With the help of water make a soft dough.
Divide the dough into eight parts.
Roll out dough into thin chapati spread clarified butter,cumin seeds,chilly flax,coriander leaves and burnt garlic cloves  on it.
Now dust the dry flour  and white sesame seeds on it and make fleets.
Roll it in a circle like swiss roll and now dust the dry flour and roll out paratha.
On a heated pan make paratha applying clarified butter on both the sides.
Serve hot .
