INGREDIENTS
Suji - 250 gms
Sugar - 250 gms
Hung curd - 1 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Butter - 1 cup
Almonds. - 1 tbsp
Raisons - 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Preheat oven to 150 degree c.
Grease and flour a 9 inches round baking cake pan.
Sieve salt, baking powder and suji together.Take a mixing bowl add butter sugar and curd. Mix until creamy and fluffy.
Add baking powder, baking soda,salt and vanilla essence. mix well.
Add suji in cut and fold method. Add the nuts.Pour the batter into dish.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the pre heat oven. Now the delicious suji cake is ready.
Check by inserting a knife if it comes out clear it done.
