INGREDIENTS
Leftover boondi ladoo - 2
Curd- 1 cup
Fresh cream- 1 tbsp
Olive oil- 1 tsp
White pepper- 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
METHOD
Whisk the curd.
Add cream and mix it well.
Add olive oil,roasted cumin seeds powder, white pepper and salt and mix well.
Now, add boondi ladoo and mix well.
Boondi ladoo raita is ready to eat.
Garnish with some boondi laddo
Serve chilled
