TAMARIND JAGGERY SHARBAT

INGREDIENTS
Tamarind   - 2 tbsp
Jaggery   -   2 tbsp
Black salt   - 1 tsp
Salt       -  a pinch
Black pepper powder  - 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder  - 1 tsp
Mint leaves  - 10
Ice cubes   - 4
Cherry - for garnishing

METHOD


Soak tamarind / imli in water for 3 - 4 hours and squeeze out the pulp and Strain it.
Take 2 glass of water  add  black pepper powder, tamarind water, jaggery, salt, black salt, roasted cumin seeds powder and mix it well.
Take a glass add mint leaves and lemon chunks and crush it now add ice cubes.
Pour the tamarind water into the glass and serve chilled
Garnish with mint leaves and cherry.
