KAJU KATLI

 


Prep Time : 45 mins
Cooking Time : 60 mins
Serve  : 8

INGREDIENTS
Milk - 1 liter
Sugar  -  1/2cup
Cashew nuts - 1 cup
Roasted makhana - 1 cup
Cardamom powder    -   1 tsp


METHOD
Boil  milk till it reduced to half and then add paneer and sugar powder and mix well.
Stir continuously for 8 - 10 mins then switch off the gas.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Dry roast the makhana and blend to make a powder.

Also blend the cashew nuts and make a powder.

Add the cashew nuts powder and makhana powder into the dried milk or mawa and mix well.

Pour the mixture over greased plate.

Now make the shape of kaju katli.
