INGREDIENTS
Rice flour - 1 cup
Warm water - 2 cup
Salt - to taste
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat two cup of water in a pan and bring to boil
Once boiled add the rice flour and salt and stir continuously until water absorb the rice flour To make a soft dough .
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
Keep aside for fifteen mins.
Divide the dough into balls and roll out
On a heated pan make paratha applying clarified butter on both the sides.
Serve hot
