INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiled corn
2 tsp cornflour
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilly powder
Oil for deep frying
,1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp lemon juice
METHOD
Mix corns, cornflour,salt and red chilly powder
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry mixed corns.
Till it gives a pop sound
Then take from pan.
Add this in a bowl.
Add masala, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
Add serve in a bowl.
Crispy corn are ready to serve
