INGREDIENTS
Hard boiled eggs - 6
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Grated cheese - 1 cup
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Cut the boiled eggs into two pieces.
Heat one tbsp oil in a pan and place the boiled eggs and fry until dark brown on slow flame.
Sprinkle turmeric powder,red chilly powder,garam masala powder and salt and now add grated cheese and cook until cheese melt.
Serve hot.
