CHEESLING

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 4


INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour   -    1 cup
Grated cheese -  2 cubes
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil  - 1 tbsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil for frying   -  1 cup

METHOD
In a kneading bowl mix all the above listed ingredients.
Make a soft dough with the help of water.
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
Roll like a thin  chapati.
Now cut the circle in small diamond shape

Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying.
Fry the pieces on a slow flame till golden brown.
Drain on paper napkin.
Serve with tea or coffee.
