INGREDIENTS
Pomegranate pearls - 1/2 cup
Grapes - 1/2 cup cut into two pieces
Ripe banana - 1 cup cut into sliced
Apple - 2 tbsp
Hung curd - 1 cup
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
Sugar powder - 3 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
White pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Roohafza sharbat - 2 tbsp
Cherry - for garnishing
METHOD
Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 - 3 hours and then we get thick curd
Beat the hung curd and add mayonnaise and cream.
Add olive oil,sugar,white pepper ,salt and mix well.
Take a bowl combine all fruits and add 1 tbsp sugar powder and lemon juice and mix well
Take a bowl add 2 tbsp roohafza sharbat and now add mixed fruits and lastly add hung curd and mayonnaise mixture
Garnish with cherry and serve chilled.
