BESAN RAVA LADOO

INGREDIENTS
Gram flour ( besan )- 1 cup
Rava - 1 cup
Ghee/clarified butter - 1 cup
Sugar powder - 1 cup
Green cardamom- 1/4 tsp
Crushed almonds- 2 tbsp
Silver varak - for garnishing


METHOD
Take a bowl combine gram flour,rava and 1/2 cup clarified butter and mix well.
Add little water and make a dough,divide the dough into balls and make flat patties of medium thickness
Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the gram flour,rava patties until golden  and crisp,fry in batches
Once cooled  to add in the blender to make a powder and also make the powder of sugar
Now add suji gram flour powder, sugar powder,cardamom powder,crushed almonds and remaining clarified butter and mix well.
 Shape it into ladoo and garnish with silver varak
