METHOD
Clean and wash the rice,soak them over night and strain the water completely and spread them on plate.
Keep under the fan for 4 - 5 hours when rice is moist or not fully dried blend in the blender in small batches.
Strain the grounded flour and again grind the thick granuales.
Now spread the rice flour under the fan for 4 - 5 hours until all moisture evaporates.
Store the rice flour in any air tight container.
