INGREDIENTS
Fresh curd - 1 cup
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 8 - 10
Chopped green chilly - 1
Black salt - to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Clarified butter - 1 t bsp
METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan add cashew nuts and fry it
Whisk the curd.
Add black salt,sugar and fried cashew nuts into the curd and mix it well
Heat clarified butter in a pan add mustard seeds,chopped green chilly and curry leaves wmen it splutter add in the cashew nut raita
Garnish with fried cashew nuts serve chilled
