POTATO STUFF RICE FLOUR PARATHA

Serve :2

INGREDIENTS
  Rice flour       - 1cup
Warm water  - 2 cup
Boiled n mashed potatoes  - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds        - a pinch
Onion - 2 tbsp
Garam masala       - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste         - 1 tsp
Salt                      - to taste
Clarified butter -   2 tbsp
Chopped green chillies  - 2
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

METHOD
   Boil the potatoes in pressure cooker.
 Cool the potatoes and mash them well
.Heat one tbsp oil in a pan,add cumin seeds to crackle now add onion and fry till golden brown.
Add  ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins.
Add garam masala powder,coriander leaves and green chilly and mix well.
Now add boiled and mashed potato and salt and mix well
Turn off the flame.
Now stuffing is ready
Heat two cup of water in a pan and bring to boil
Once boiled add the rice flour and salt and stir continuously until water absorb the rice flour
To make a soft dough
. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
    Stuff the potato filling in the dough and roll out
 Flatten the balls into thick round paratha
.Grease a pan with little clarified butter and heat on a medium flame.
Applying clarified butter on both the sides and cook on a medium flame
Serve hot with cauliflower and potato subji,green chutney and baingan bharta
      Potato stuffed rice paratha  is ready to eat.
