CLUB PARATHA


Prep Time : 30 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
 Chapati -   4
Grated paneer  - 1/2  bowl
Egg - 2
Grated carrot  -  2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 2
Finely chopped onion  -  1
Soy sauce  -  1 tbsp
Boiled n mashed potato  -  2
Salt  -  to taste
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Oil  -   2 tbsp
Butter  -  2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves  -  2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat one tbsp oil in a pan.
Add 1 tbsp onion and saute for one mins.
Add carrot,,green chilly and mix well.
Add boiled n mashed potato and mix well
Now add salt and soy sauce and turn off the flame.
Potato stuffing is ready
Now again heat one tbsp oil in a pan.
Break the eggs and mixed onion,green chilly,coriander leaves and salt and mix well
Add one tbsp oil and add egg mixture and make the omelette in slow flame
Now turn off the flame
Now omelette is ready for stuffing
Take a large bowl add grated paneer,onion,green chilly,salt and coriander leaves and mix well
Now  paneer stuffing is ready
Make four chapati
Take one chapati spread  tomato sauce and addcarrot and potato mixture and cover with other chapati.
Now spread tomato sauce and add omelette stuffing  and cover with chapati.
Now spread  tomato sauce and add paneer stuffing and cover with other chapati.
Grease the pan with butter and place the stuffed chapati.
Applying butter both the sides,cook in a low flame till crispy.
Cut into four pieces
Club paratha is ready,serve hot
