BEGUN BHAJA

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Eggplant/baingan   -    1 large
Besan    - 2 tbsp
Rice flour -  2 tbsp
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder  - 1/4tsp
Turmeric powder   -   1/4tsp
Baking powder  - 1/4 tsp
Salt   -   to taste
Oil    -   1/2 cup

METHOD
     Wash and cut the begun into 2 cm thick round slices
.In a  bowl add besan, rice flour, turmeric powderi , salt, carom seeds,onion seeds baking powder and mix it well
  Make a smooth batter with the help of little water
.Heat oil in a pan
. Dip the begun round pieces into the batter.
Coat them well.
 Fry the begun bhaja golden and crispy both the sides
         Serve hot with sauce.
