LASHUN KI CHUTNEY /GARLIC CHUTNEY

Serve  : 4

INGREDIENTS
Garlic cloves   -  20
Red chilly powder  -  1.5 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder  -  1 tsp
Lemon juice  -  1 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Black mustard seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Mustard oil  -  1 tsp

METHOD
Take a blender add garlic cloves,red chilly powder,roasted cumin seeds powder,lemon juice and salt and blend it.
Heat oil in a pan aad black mustard seeds to crackle and add in the chutney.
Keep in the freeze foe 10 days.
Serve with biryani or paratha.
