INGREDIENTS
Boiled noodles - 100 gms
Finely chopped cabbage - 1/2 bowl
Finely chopped capsicum - 1/2 bowl
Finely chopped spring onion - 1/2 bowl
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Red chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
All purpose flour / maida - 1/2 bowl
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 cup
METHOD
In a mixing bowl mix together all the ingredients except oil.
To make a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the pakora golden n crispy.
Drain extra oil.
Serve with sauce.
