INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces - 250 gms
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Sweet chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
Grated cheese cube - 1 - 2
Rice - 1 cup
Water - 2 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic cloves - 2 - 3
Salt - to taste
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan put rice and stir fry for 2 - 3 mins.
Add 2 cup of water ,once boiled the water cover the lid and cook for 15 mins in a low flame.
Rice is ready.
Heat oil in a pan
Add garlic cloves and cook till brown.
Add chicken pieces and stir fry in a high flame for 4 - 5 mins.
Add salt and black pepper and mix well.
Add sweet chilly sauce and stir fry for 1 - 2 mins.
Add cooked rice and grated cheese and toss it.
Switch off the gas
Garnish with coriander leaves..
