INGREDIENTS
Basa fish pieces - 250 gms
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Corn lour - 1/2 cup
Oil - 4 tbsp
METHOD
Take a bowl add fish pieces,lemon juice,,salt, garlic paste, black pepper powder, turmeric powder,corn flour and marinate fish for 10 mins.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the fish pieces from both the sides
Serve hot.
