INGREDIENTS
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped onion - 1
Garlic cloves - 1/2 tsp grated
Diced red bell pepper - 1/2 cup
Corn kernels - 1/2 cup boiled
Beans - 1/2 cup
Cooked rice - 2 cup
Sauce
Water - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder- 1/4 tsp
Paprika - 1/2 tsp
Salt = to taste
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Take a bowl and combine the sauce ingredients and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion and garlic and cook for few seconds.
Add the red bell pepper and mix well.
Now add beans and boiled corn kernals and cook for few minutes.
Add the rice and sauce and mix it well.
Add salt and season with black pepper and serve immediately
