INGREDIENTS
Fresh srawberry - 1cup
Chopped apple - 1
Cold milk - 1 cup
Almonds - 4 - 5
Oats - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Wash and chop the apple and strawberry.
Take a blender add apple,oats ,almonds and strawberry and blend to make smooth
Now add milk in the blender and blend to make smooth
Take a glass and pour the apple and strawberry smoothie.
Garnish with oats and strawberry and serve.
