KALAKAND

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Paneer  - 1 cup
Milkmaid - 1/2 cup
Milk  - 1/2 cup
Milk powder  - 1/2 cup
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Cherry - for garnishing

METHOD
Grate the  paneer   very well. 
Heat the pan and add milk, milkmaid and paneer and mix well until the  mixture is thick. 
Now add milk powder ,clarified butter and stir well until thick and clarified butter releases the pan.
Turn off the flame.
Pour the mixture into the greased plate .
Keep in the fridge for 3 - 4 hours to set well.
Garnish with cherry .Enjoy.
