WHOLE MOONG DAL AND RICE CHEELA

Cooking Time : 20 mins
 Serve : 2

 INGREDIENTS 
Whole moong dal - 1 cup 
Basamati rice  - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Green chilly - 2
Salt -- to taste 
Oil - 2 tbsp
 

 METHOD
 Soak whole moong dal and basmati rice for 4 - 5 hours.
 Drain and make a paste. 
Add green chilly,ginger and salt and one cup of water to make a  batter. 
Heat oil in a pan. 
Add one tbsp batter and spread it. 
Drizzle one tsp oil.
 Flip it and cook both the sides. 
Serve hot.
