BANANA KI SUBJI

INGREDIENTS
Raw banana   -   4
Potato     -   2
Chopped onion  -   1
Ginger garlic paste  -  1 tsp
Coriander powder  -  1 tsp
Red chilly powder  -   1 tsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds   -  1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder  -  1 tsp
Salt   -    to taste
Oil    -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Peel and chop raw banana and potato into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Add cumin seeds to crackle.
Add onion and fry till brown
Add ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and add some water and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
Add banana and potato and mix well.
Add half cup of water and salt and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
After one whistle simmer the gas for five mins.
Serve hot with chapaties.
